Live like a local in a charming bungalow in the heart of Historic Kenwood. This neighborhood is known for the cute homes and arts community that St. Pete has come to be known for. What makes this property unique
Did you know the City of St. Pete allows you to have chickens? We have 4 chickens on-site: Gandalf the Grey, Betty, Left Eye and Boopie. You are welcome to collect whatever eggs they lay, but we ask that you please do not open the chicken run and let them out and PLEASE latch the coop closed when you're done.
