Located in the quiet town of Keystone Heights, Florida, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for relaxing getaways, family gatherings, and warm winter retreats. (Maximum occupancy 4 guests - no pets allowed.)
The interior is tastefully decorated with a modern mix of shabby chic and Florida charm. Bedrooms feature plush, high quality linens and comfortable bedding. The house has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed in each of the two guest rooms. The living room is warm and inviting and has lots of natural light.
Of course, all modern conveniences are included, such as wireless high-speed internet. Entertainment options include Smart TV with Sling TV subscription (cable alternative), Netflix, DVD player, and all free Roku channels. You may also bring your own subscriptions to use with the Roku Smart TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, glasses, cook ware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and more.
The large back yard is a great place to catch up on your favorite book. The patio also has an Old Florida patio swing, perfect for enjoying a glass of iced tea and relaxing to the sounds of the birds and rustling leaves.
Enjoy a Saturday stroll to our weekly farmer's market with a bounty of fresh vegetables, locally produced foods and handmade arts and crafts. Play a round of golf on our 18-hole course at the local golf and country club. Or take in a lively Friday night football game with the Keystone Heights Fighting Indians.
The house is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood in the center of Keystone Heights, and is within walking distance to schools, downtown shops, baseball fields, tennis courts, public library and Keystone Beach on Lake Geneva.
Keystone Heights is a small town in Northeast Florida located approximately half way between Gainesville and Middleburg, a 30 minute drive to each. Keystone Heights and the surrounding area are well known as the Lake Region, and provide numerous lakes, parks and recreation areas to enjoy. The quaint downtown has many local business for residents to browse and shop. Keystone Heights is also home to the esteemed Santa Fe College Watson Center which, along with college classes, has community education and programs for children. Upscale shopping malls, fine dining, and everything a large city has to offer are only a short drive away.

I'm a native Floridian who grew up in the small town of Keystone Heights with lots of family and friends nearby. Having moved away and lived all over the United States, I love coming back to Keystone. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing... and a town where everyone is warm and friendly.
Why they chose this property
This house is our family home. My parents raised their four daughters here. We have fond memories of learning to play softball in the back yard, eating watermelon on the back porch in the summertime, and jumping through huge piles of oak leaves every fall.
To this day, it's still the same quaint Keystone of our younger days... you can hear the owls hooting at night and spot countless native birds in the yard during the day. Friday nights you may even hear distant cheering from a high school football game. A precious place in for many reasons. We still love it!

The house is warm and cozy, spacious enough for up to 6 guests. The kitchen opens to the dining room which opens to the living room. Perfect for visiting with all your family and friends.
The natural back yard is fantastic. I just love sitting on the patio swing with a morning cup of hot tea and taking in the greenery and wildlife.
Recently renovated from floor to ceiling, the house has all new amenities, furnishings, linens and towels. Also included is wireless internet, cable TV, phone, electric and more. You can rest assured that you'll have all the comforts of home and more.
No matter what brings you to Keystone - family, friends, events, or just a getaway - the house is a great spot to settle in. You won't be disappointed.
