Atendeu as expectativas

Muito bom acomodou muito bem a todos. Os quartos não tem ar condicionado, más como as noites estavam com clima bem agradáveis somente com os ventiladores de teto atendeu muito bem.

Casa muito bem cuidada, limpa, ótima área de lazer, fica a uma distância muito estratégica, proporcionando paz, sossego e fácil acesso ao centro da cidade, comunicação com o Sr. Klebert foi muito boa, sempre disposto a ajudar e sanar nossas dúvidas, a Sra. Piscina não fica aquecida

Casa com excelentes acomodações, mas deixou a desejar no aquecimento da piscina, simplesmente ficou com a temperatura natural e não aqueceu nada.

Ótima Casa.

A casa está exatamente conforme o anuncio e fotos. Nova e em perfeitas condições. Klebert muito atencioso o Regys que nos recebeu também foi muito atencioso. Uma sugestão seria uma mesa grande na área externa. Sentimos falta pra servir o café da manhã e demais refeições. No mais tudo ok.

Muito boa a estadia!

Fui com minha família (crianças e adolescentes). Todos gostaram muito... A princípio estava com receio pela ausência de ar condicionado, mas os ventiladores de teto dão conta do recado por conta do clima da cidade... Os adultos foram ao Caldas Coutry Show e a localização da casa foi providencial. A casa é aconchegante e as pessoas que nos recebem são muito prestativas... Espero voltar em outra oportunidade!

Adorei

Gostei muito da casa, atendeu todas as necessidades. Klebert foi solicito e o Regys bem paciente, pois me esperou até tarde para entregar a chave. A casa é bem espaçosa. Tenho apenas uma sugestão: como a casa é bem quente, vale a pena investir em ar condicionado ao invés de ventilador. Parabéns.

Casa boa; piscina muito fria!

A casa é maravilhosa! Porém, a piscina é fria. A localização é boa, perto de supermercado etc. Mas, infelizmente a piscina ficou muito fria, o tempo todo.

Ótima casa para a família

Estivemos por um fim de semana na casa que tem excelente estrutura e acomodações confortáveis. Ponto forte: área de lazer (piscina e churrasqueira). Nos divertimos bastante e fizemos nossa própria refeição. Cozinha com todos os utensílios. Sugestões aos proprietários: fogão industrial de 2 bocas para a área externa, ar condicionado nos quartos. A negociação foi tranquila, o Sr. Júnior foi bastante prestativo e atencioso. Parabéns pela casa!
