Welcome to The Turtle's Palace!

The Turtle's Palace is a beautiful Oceanfront Beach House! There are 9 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, and 3 half baths, this amenity-filled home is the perfect getaway for large families.

The property was carefully designed, built, and engineered specifically for our guests to create truly unique experiences that last a lifetime.

Enjoy vacationing at the stunning Turtle's Palace! This newly built 9 bedroom luxury oceanfront property features spacious sleeping quarters, each with its own private bathroom and a large 4K SMART TV in every bedroom. Additionally, the property is equipped with a pool that can be heated (That can be heated for additional cost), rooftop hot tub, outdoor bar and lounge with a fire pit, and of course, private beach access.

The beautiful landscaped ground level offers an outdoor lounge area for grilling. The second floor deck offers a pool that can be heated and a spacious lounge area that leads into a indoor lounge area that is great for entertaining. The rooftop offers a hot tub, a fire-pit, poly wood seating, and wonderful outdoor area for entertaining with a beautiful sunset view.

The openly planned third floor can be accessed via the property's elevator or the main staircases. The spacious third floor offers a living room, a custom chef’s kitchen (with generous cabinet space), massive center island, and large dining area, all brought together with a beautifully designed glass door system providing uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean leading out to the large ocean front deck. Three bedrooms, including a luxury master suite, each with its own full bathroom, a powder room to complete the first floor.

The second floor, which houses 6 additional bedrooms, including another luxurious master suite featuring all queen beds and private bathrooms with stand-in showers.

All beds in the property are paired with top of the line memory foam mattresses.

Back outside, the third floor boasts a large deck complete with sweeping ocean views and a cocktail/coffee area for year-round enjoyment. Soak in the sunshine and island beauty while reclining in comfort. The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, ice machine, high speed wireless internet, and much, much more.

25th Anniversary

The house is amazing!! No matter where you wander, you can find some privacy. A few steps out onto the beach. You have a great view of the sunrise. The decor was a beautiful upgrade of a beach theme and that was nice of you don’t like the typical beach theme. Nice and quiet area. There is so much room for your family dinner!

Much Needed Weekend Away

What a beautiful weekend! We absolutely loved this house. The kitchen was our favorite place to gather with that gorgeous view of the ocean. The hot tub on the rooftop was perfect to relax under the stars at night. We would all love to visit this home again. What a peaceful retreat!

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday and brought 9 of my best friends for a long weekend. The house is exactly as it appears online- and even better! The fact that every bedroom has an en suite bathroom to the AMAZING kitchen to the rooftop space to the beautiful interior decorations made this the best place we have rented over the years. Amazing house

Absolutely beautiful house, each bedroom had an amazing bathroom and kitchen is a chef’s dream. Well equipped with beautiful dishes, a huge island that seats 12 people, and top of the line designer appliances. Lots of great outside deck spaces for relaxing, amazing hot tub, and great access to a wonderful beach.

Paradise Found

We had a fantastic family vacation at Turtle Palace in Surf City. There were 12 of us with room for more. It was quiet and relaxing with beautiful views, especially from the top floor deck which we named Club Turtle Palace, complete with fire pit, hot tub, and 360 degree views of the island, sound, and ocean. Perfect for watching sunsets. This house is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach is steps away. Some beach town shopping and eateries are also a short walk or bike ride away. Very convenient. My grandson wandered into a sea turtle hatching event but the turtles weren't quite ready to make their debut. And, we tried to visit the turtle rehabilitation center but tickets were sold out. Plan ahead if you want to see the turtles. The property management staff was quick to respond.Great trip!
