The main level of the home has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, garage and laundry facilities. The second level has two walls of floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. A large kitchen, dining space for 8, comfortable living room with Smart TV, and the primary bedroom with ensuite. There is also a half bath on this level, just off the kitchen. Access the stunning rooftop deck via the spiral staircase.

This home sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for large families or group getaways.

This beautiful home is located on the peninsula between Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa. You are just a 5-minute drive in either direction to these fun beach towns. Playa Hermosa is a small community with great options for beachfront dining. Playas del Coco is larger, bustling town with several grocery stores and scores of restaurants, bars and shops. Either location offers a launching point for tours and watersports.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
