We have updated the bedrooms, completely renovated the bathrooms and have all new kitchen appliances. A kayak and paddleboard await your next adventure. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and ice skating. Just a few minutes from the town center grocery store, restaurants, amusement parks, skiing and more. Small pets allowed.

I grew up swimming and ice skating on Swan Lake. When we saw this house was for salw, we jumped at the opportunity. When we are not renting it to families, our family and friends enjoy this house as well. It is our home away from home and connection to this Oxford treasure, Swan Lake.
What makes this property unique
The view of the lake when you wake up in the morning is priceless. The peace and quiet, the adventures, the way it slows the world around you down, the birds, the serentity; all are immeasurable. See what awaits you! You will be pleasantly surprised.
