Concerned
My first concern was with the lack of information. it was not until the day we left the US did we get the address of the flat, even after many e mails and phone tries. The manager, Jack was certainly not a good representative for the owners He failed to welcome us, share any knowledge of the immediate area and was more concerned about leaving for his trip to Portugal. Poor customer service.
The flat was not identified as a basement flat with one bathroom only reachable by going outside to the courtyard. The other bathroom was fine however under the pathway with a low ceiling and poor ventilation. The cooking pans have seen better days and the teflon coating was severely damaged and we were concerned to use.
At no time during the stay were we contacted to see if everything was OK, two lightbulbs went out and there were no replacements bulbs. Nor was I contacted after I sent an email to the manager giving the time of departure. Overall not what it was cracked up to be and somewhat disappointed in the customer service.
