Great Apartment

The apartment was great. The garden a delight ! Good restaurants nearby and the Metro close and easy to navigate. Only issue was description stated private parking- we had a rental car which we parked in the space behind the unit.Turns out the space is being rented by neighbors ( VRBO had not been updated)and we had to move the car very late at night and car was ticketed. Everything else was great

Fantastic place to stay in Montréal!

We stayed here for 3 weeks in the Summer and really enjoyed the house and location. The owner, Nathalie, was great in communication and quickly solved a small problem we had. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, in a quiet street, and has a marvelous veranda and garden. This little oasis has lounge chairs and birds and squirrels visiting the feeders. We mostly ate outside and enjoyed the flowers and peace of the place. The house is in a neighborhood that has shops, cafés, breweries, restaurants, a supermarket and bakery that makes delicious bread very near by. Also, you can get to downtown Montréal in 20-30 min with a BIXI bike (2 stations on nearby corners) or with the metro. And after a day of sightseeing, relax outside in the garden! Perfect place!

Lovely Stay

Nathalie's place is in an excellent spot in Montreal. Her garden is the gem. Birds fly into her bird feeder. She invites guests to enjoy the tomatoes and herbs in the backyard. Nathalie is also super responsive. So grateful for my time there!

A warm place for smelling the real Montreal spirit

Very quiet street and in the middle of the nicest area in Montreal! So if you want to smell the spirit of the city its a great place to stay; many cafes and restaurants and a great supermarket near by. Unfortunately there is not so much sun during the day on the terrace but its a good place for having breakfast. Good bed, not too big but should be ok if you are a couple used to each other :) So we had four wonderful days here and recommend it warmly.

Charming and comfortable rental

My husband and I were very pleased with our choice of this property. We have suggested it to a number of friends and told them of our pleasure. The quarters were comfortable, well sited, and a pleasure to use. The garden was a particular delight. Claude was so very helpful in orienting us to the neighborhood and the facility. We will surely be future occupiers when we return to vacation in MOntreal.

Well located and equipped

Were very pleased with all aspects of this apartment, including being able to host seven family members living in Montreal for a sit-down diner. Would love to visit again when we can enjoy the garden.

Comfortable, Quiet and Well located

The space felt like a comfortable well appointed town home. Very clean with new hardwood floors and cozy furnishings. The Caribou was a curious and interesting addition to an apartment that had everything for my stay - even an umbrella. My first visit to Montreal - but found that the metro was the best way to travel throughout the city with Beaubien station only a 5 minute walk away. The weather was less than cozy so being inside for long periods was necessary, good basic kitchen for cooking, nice light during the day. Basic bathroom - but very nice hot shower with tub, and very clean. Grocery store and coffee nearby, Jean Talon Market one metro stop away, perfect. Diverse quiet neighborhood. Owner was easy to communicate with and her niece met me to access the space , everything worked out beautifully and I was able to take the metro to a bus #747 direct to the airport. Great space comfortable, quiet and well located

Why they chose this property

This is the best spot in Montreal because everything is around in the quiet neighborhood.
