This is a great place to stay. Very big, Spotlessly clean, beds are super comfy and kitchen has everything. Each room is a suite. We had a very enjoyable stay. The backyard is also very nice. 1.5 mile from the most wonderful shopping area mashpee commons. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops.

What You See Is What You Get!!

The space for the 4 of us was perfect! Nicely appointed kitchen. Great location for brunch and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Great property, clean and well maintained. More information on how to use Chromecast TV would hav been appreciated.

Mashpee Fall Get-Away

My friends and I stayed at this lovely home for a long holiday weekend. We have stayed in several VHBO homes over the past years and found that this home was one of the nicest we have booked. Clean, spacious, modern with plenty of room for seven ‘mature’ ladies to enjoy. The open living room/ dining area provided plenty of space for us to gather but the home also provided an office room with sofa for privacy if someone wanted a quiet space to read etc. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our morning cup of coffee in the nearby breakfast table . We also enjoyed sitting out on the outdoor patio off the living room. Nice quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic and close to many restaurants and shops. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone wanting a lovely place to stay in the Mashpee area.

Nice place

Nice place with a relatively close drive to beaches and ferries in Cape Cod. The grill was set up with gas so we did not need to do much to grill. Only watch out is if you are with an older crowd the TV only has Chromecast which older folks don’t always have apps or knowledge of how to use.

Spacious and Relaxing

We hosted a small gathering at this property and it was perfect for that. The high ceilings and big space made it the perfect location for a small celebration. The hot tub and shower in the master suite is great and the fireplace in the living room was a cozy welcomed touch to our winter stay. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable living room furniture. Would have preferred slightly more comfortable beds and pillows (they are fine but just not as nice as I would have expected based on the high quality of the house itself). However, the open space was great and we appreciated all the available seating as well. The outdoors looks great but since we stayed in February, we weren't able to enjoy it. Thank you for a nice stay.

Ideal family reunion

We rented this property for a celebration of a 75th birthday and two wedding anniversaries. There were three couples and two young children in our party. The house layout was ideal for us. A master suite away from the bulk of bedrooms was ideal for the elder couple. The remaining bedrooms were upstairs and allowed interconnection for the kid and parents plus separation for the other couple. Downstairs the large open spaces allowed for multiple groups to watch Tv or play games or even get some work done. Outside we used the open gas fireplace and the fire pit for s’mores. Brilliant!

Great house in central location for visiting the west end of the cape.

The house itself is lovely and was plenty spacious for 2 families with lots of kids. The location is nice - not really walkable to restaurants but walkable to a cute pond beach and a long driveway for scooter and skate board riding.
