"Myer’s on the Beach" at Sugar Dunes, located in Seagrove Beach, is situated south of Highway 30A on the Beach.

Unit #1 is the"west corner" unit with a wrap-around deck that includes a garage directly underneath at Sugar Dunes Condominium. The complex is a gated community with a private beach exclusively for owners and renters with a private Beach. It is the closest you can be to the beach on any beach in South Walton!

The unit has an exclusive door on the beachside deck that leads directly to a few stairs that connect you to the private beach. During the spring, summer, and fall rental seasons, the unit includes a free premium umbrella and 2 lounge chairs set up every morning for the guests.

The Myer family has been the proud owners of this corner unit for 25 years. Each year, they upgrade the unit with new furniture and smartly decorated rooms to offer the maximum comfort and beach living experience.

The unit features 3 bedrooms: two have comfortable king-size beds and private bathrooms. The third bedroom includes two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom, which can accommodate adults if required. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, making the unit comfortable for 8 adults.

The living room and dining room offer a beautiful beachfront view with large windows that can be seen from the fully stocked kitchen, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the beautiful beach views at all times. A brand-new dining table can comfortably seat 8 to 10 people, with additional seating for 4 provided at the counter. The spacious kitchen features new cabinets with fresh hardware and plenty of cooking and serving essentials.

The living room includes a sofa, loveseat, and 2 accent chairs to watch your favorite shows on the new 75-inch smart television. We have included a dish TV recording device for the living room TV so you can go out to the beach anytime and come back and watch your favorite programs and never miss anything. You can stream any movie with your personal TV codes.  

Beautiful tile floors embellished with tasteful accent rugs throughout the spacious 3 bedrooms along with lovely artwork and new furniture pieces create a calming atmosphere for the perfect beach vacation. 

Sugar Dunes offers spacious units that are located right on the beach. Guests can access the beach directly from the private back decks. From March 1 to October 31, guests receive complimentary beach setup which includes an umbrella and two chairs. This particular unit is located on the first floor and comes with a private two-car garage directly under the condo. The garage provides ample storage space, an additional refrigerator, and easy transportation access for dining out or visiting local attractions.

Please note that the person renting the unit must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property throughout the rental period.

Sugar Dunes is a gated community with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per condo in designated parking spots. Anyone found with more than two vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. Vehicles parked outside garages must be parked in designated spaces and display parking passes at all times during your stay. No golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed on the property.
