Imovel muito bem localizado, porém as camas são muito ruins, principalmente as camas extras, bi-camas, praticamente não tem espuma nas bicamas.Obrigado

Muito bom... Pretendo voltar.
Prós: Apartamento novo e bem localizado, bem próximo da portaria do Tenório... O proprietário e o pessoal da portaria do prédio são atenciosos e educados... Recomendo a estádia! Contras: (criticas construtivas para melhorar ainda mais a estádia) Devido ao tempo de uso os colchões estão afundando quando deita, não são confortáveis, então a gente acaba acordando cansado no outro dia... tinha muita formiga em todo o apartamento, acho que seria interessante mandar fazer uma dedetização nele.

Ótima localização, proprietário péssimo
O condomínio está muito bem localizado, e tem boa estrutura para a quantidade de pessoas descrita, porém: Ao chegar, o apartamento tinha a sala alagada, tivemos que mantê-la seca nós mesmos, pois o proprietário alegou que a faxineira iria limpar, mas não apareceu. (O mesmo alega desconhecimento desse problema anteriormente, mas a pintura está descascada e embolorada, Um idoso que estava comigo caiu, mas mesmo assim nada foi feito por parte do proprietário, nem mesmo a faxina, cuja taxa foi inclusa no pagamento do aluguel ). Os chuveiros não funcionam corretamente, somente muito quente ou muito frio. Proprietário foi desrespeitoso ao ouvir as queixas e nada foi resolvido. Recomendo o edifício, mas não esse apartamento.

Imóvel excelente
O apartamento é ótimo, a começar pela localização: fica muito próximo às praias do Tenório, Vermelha e Grande. Além disso há padarias, farmácia e supermercados muito próximos do apartamento. A mobília é muito boa, tudo com cara de novo. A cozinha é bastante espaçosa e bastante completa em termos de eletrodomésticos (geladeira, microondas e liquidificador) e utensílios (copos, xícaras, canecas, panelas, talheres). Recomendo!
