Sea Spray 145 is a first-floor, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanfront Condo. Fully Equipped Kitchen Area includes a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Living Area features a smart TV and Deck Access. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a smart TV and Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a smart TV.

Additional Amenities: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Smart TVs, Dune-Top-Decks, Community Style Charcoal Grill Access, Coin Operated Washer/Dryer laundry facility.

Linens and Towels Provided provided with Beds Made (Weekly Stays Only).

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly Saturday to Saturday. Nightly Rentals available with 3 night minimum (Last Minute and Off Season Only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
