PLEASE READ:

This home is located in a gated community. To enter the development, you will need to stop into the Welcome Center along with your driver’s license and printed vehicle registration to get a pass for your stay. You will need to provide me with each guest's name and vehicle information. The community needs a minimum of 48 hours to process gate passes. Your information will need to be provided asap for us to process and submit to the community to avoid a rush fee. At minimum we need to submit your information at least 3 days before arrival please.

**Please make sure to observe the Speed Limit of 25mph, as there are public safety officers on patrol and they do stop and fine for traffic violations. In case of traffic violations/ tickets guests will be charged extra. Also drive safely and watch for deer and other wildlife crossing the roads.
