Welcome to our spacious 2-house, 7-unit compound just a few blocks away from the historic downtown shopping and restaurant district in Flagstaff.

This inviting space is perfect for guests seeking relaxation and an authentic Flagstaff experience. The historic home, originally constructed in 1915 by Judge Ellie Jones, exudes classic charm with modern upgrades. Situated on the lower level of this split home, it is the largest unit available.

With two comfortable queen-sized bedrooms and one 3/4 bathroom, it comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The well-appointed galley-style kitchen features an electric cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, and a coffee and tea station. We provide all the necessary cookware, plates, and drinkware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient mudroom with storage and extra supplies, as well as access to the back patio and yard.

The spacious living room boasts a large sofa, two leather seats, a Smart TV, and ample natural light streaming in from the east-facing windows. The formal dining area features a generously sized wooden table with seating for four.

Step outside to discover a delightful wraparound porch with cozy cafe and lounge seating. In the rear, you'll find a private patio and a generously sized backyard shared with other guests and their pets. This outdoor space includes a sitting area and a barbecue grill for your use, all within the confines of a fully fenced yard.

Parking is a breeze, with ample street parking and additional options available in the alleyway just south of the house.

For pet lovers, we're delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs to stay with you. Up to two dogs are allowed for a fee of $75 for stays up to four days, with the possibility of additional pet fees for longer stays (please inquire). We provide a comfortable dog bed, bowls, and other essentials to ensure your furry companions have a pleasant stay.

These downtown Flagstaff homes hold a special place on the National and Arizona Historic Registers, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Arizona's territorial architecture from over a century ago while enjoying all the modern comforts and conveniences you expect. Come experience the best of both worlds.

You have the entire downstairs two bedroom apartment and the exterior decks plus yards to share

We are nearby if there’s anything you need

This space is just a short couple blocks from all that downtown Flagstaff has to offer. During this time of take-out food there is a lot to choose from. Our favorite restaurants are still dishing out our favorites, and even providing all drinks to go! You can run and hike right from the front door, and a grocery store is just right up the street.

This is a 100+ year old home. There are two additional separate rental units in the home. There is a possibility of noise from above from old floors. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.
Pet Policy: Guests may have up to 2 dogs. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of our pet policy guidelines:

Supervision and Behavior: Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended inside the home, especially if they tend to be loud or have a tendency to be destructive. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Backyard Enjoyment: Your pet is more than welcome to enjoy the backyard space. Feel free to let them run and play. However, we kindly ask that you clean up after them promptly to keep the area clean and pleasant for all.

Clean-Up Supplies: For your convenience, we've provided bags and a scooper to assist you in cleaning up any messes your pet may make. Proper disposal of waste is important to us, so please use these supplies when needed.
Leash Requirement: When your dog is outside of the house or yard area, they must be leashed at all times. This is to ensure their safety and the safety of other guests and neighbors.
