Million dollar views and 2 pools in the quaint village of Treasure Beach . Avita Villa has recently undergone a major renovation. Come feel the love of Avita! Let Miss Jenny and Miss Laura cook you amazing meals and take care of your every need. Relax at our infinity pool, read a book under a palapa, or walk down the beach and relax at our beach pool. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own full bathroom and all bedrooms have an ocean view with veranda access.
Full time caretaker on property with separate caretaker house.
***Price is for 6 people. $500/per additional guest/week up to 12 people. ($250 PER GUEST FOR SUMMER DEAL)
***Transportation fees separate and due on arrival. Excursion fees not included.
***Please note, there is a additional $50.00/day per person for breakfast and dinner that is due 2 weeks before arrival. Children 13 and under are $30/day.
