This was a great location for us as we explored the fun things to do in Kona. Very clean and we appreciated the twin beds for our teens. Kitchen is well-equipped. This is not a "fancy" resort if you are looking for that, but it is just right if you are going to be exploring Kona and want a clean, comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.
The property is in a great location walking distance to town or easy access to closer free parking. Bed was comfortable unit was clean and neat! Would stay here again for sure!!!

This place was exactly what our family needed! We are a family of 3 and there was a ton of room (condo sleeps 6 comfortable). It’s always ideal for the kiddo to have his own rook and this provided just that. Kitchen had the essentials for cooking and laundry in the room was very helpful. The pool was spacious with tons of seating and the hot tub was nice on a cooler night. The property is about half a mile to the shops in Kona, about a 10 minute walk. Parking in Kona is expensive so if you can walk, I would do it. It is right on the intersection that takes you to the highway, which was super convenient. There are NO beaches for kids to play at within walking distance, so a car is needed if that is what you are looking for. The Wi-Fi is NOT free, a pass needs to be purchased for your stay, which was a little of a disappointment. AT&T service was super sketchy and limited. Overall, this place was a great place to stay. We will stay here again when we visit next time.
