Great location! Towels had mascara smears and stains on all of them. There were also hairs in the bed, toilet was dirty, and floor was so dirty it stained all of our socks every time we changed them. Space is easily comfortable for four people and centrally location but definitely not clean.

What a perfect place to stay during our convention at the Long Beach Convention Center! We couldn’t have had a shorter walk to the venue. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was great having a kitchen and a view of the harbor. Ken made the check in easy — he met us when we got there. It was nice having our own parking space under the building. I’d stay here again for sure!

Ken is great and made check in easy. Underground parking was helpful. The gym and pool are a bit outdated but worked. Safe and secure building. Great location to downtown and the bike path on the beach. We would stay there again.
