The unit is on the first floor. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, a resident-only outdoor swimming pool, a modern fitness studio, a gated soccer field, and a BBQ grill & picnic area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, appliances, food storage, and pots & pans, so you can enjoy dining in just like you do at home. The Leasing Center has light complimentary refreshments (Keurig, protein bars, soda, etc.) as well.

Cleaning

Pet

➡A nominal pet fee of $49/pet will be applied.
➡For stays between 7 to 21 nights, the fee will be $100 per pet.
➡For extended stays beyond 21 nights, a monthly fee of $175 per pet will be applicable.
