Great stay!

Location was close to the beach, only about 15 minutes and very close to several restaurants. The apartment was well maintained and beds were comfortable. We loved sitting on the private patio. Host was very responsive. Thank you

Awesome Condo!!

We felt lucky to have found this place. Very very reasonably priced. Very short drive to beach. The beds were very comfortable pillows were amazing. Back patio was so nice. Kitchen had everything you need. Stayed with our kids and they loved chasing the lizards. We had a great time and will come back . Highly recommend!!!

Clearwater Apartment

Property was as described, however the only issue we had was the property had a strong cigarette smell. Like someone lived there and smoked for a long time. Otherwise the place was cute and clean. Tanisha was very responsive and helpful, and for the price it was a great place to stay for a trip to Clearwater Beach.

We stayed at the condo for five nights. The unit was spacious, clean, and the AC worked really well, which was a huge plus in the Florida heat. The only real complaint was that there was no cold water in the shower. Noise from the upstairs unit was also noticeable, but it seemed like they were moving in. Overall, if I return to Clearwater, I would stay here again.

Not as advertised

Don't know where to start. I guess first, the place was not cleaned, at least not cleaned properly. There was hair on pillows. Pillows without pillowcases. Stains on pillows/ pillowcases. I was told there would be beach towels at the property. There were not. They didn't suggest bringing us any, so that was an extra 50$ I had to spend on beach towels. The main bedrooms door was falling off it's hinge. So in order to close the door I had to go buy a screwdriver and screws to fix it myself. I wouldn't say the neighborhood was ' bad' , but it wasn't good either. Probably worst of all was the upstairs tenants. You can literally hear every step taken . The walls are thin. There were dirty glasses, one with lipstick literally on the glass. There are several other things that I'm not even going to list, I feel like this gets the point across. And I saw the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in my life. I'm generally not one to even leave reviews, if the place is decent and as described, I'll just leave it 4 or 5 stars and move on. However I wish someone else would've actually given an honest review of this place before I booked it. It makes me truly wonder if the reviews left before I booked are real. I couldn't imagine anyone giving this place 5 stars. I would not stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone.
