This suite is very convenient to Downtown Denver! 3 miles from the Broncos Stadium and 18 minutes to Red Rocks. The unit has the ability to lock off from myself and my boyfriend who live upstairs. It is the entire basement level and was newly remodeled. This unit does not have a full kitchen but is minutes from the best restaurants in Denver! Beware there are slightly lower ceilings not recommended for guests over 6' 2" although many taller guests had no issues.

Smart TV and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This basement was fully remodeled! Equipped with a brand new bed and furniture.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off Highway 6 leading to the airport. You cannot beat this location if you are coming down to go to a sporting event or just want to be a quick drive from most anywhere in Denver.

This space does not have A/C. It is a basement unit so it does tend to stay fairly cool in the summers.
We DO NOT ACCEPT LOCALS as we have had issues in the past with locals utilizing our homes for reasons it was not intended to be.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Groups hosting parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.
