The space is filled with unique features, including a 16-foot glass garage door that opens to a private patio, providing seamless indoor-outdoor living. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor shower situated directly off the bathroom. The saltwater swimming pool and spa are notable additions to the property, providing a resort-like experience in the backyard. This distinctive guesthouse is characterized by its high, 10-foot ceilings, and an eye-catching clear glass garage door that effortlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors. On warm, sunny days, open up the door to extend your living space onto the private porch, a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. One of the Casita's standout features is the outdoor shower, located off the main bathroom. It offers a delightful and tranquil experience, allowing you to enjoy the open sky in complete privacy. The kitchen has been carefully designed for those who love to cook. It boasts a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a full-sized French door refrigerator complete with water and ice dispensers. We've stocked it with a variety of cookware to ensure you have everything you need to prepare and share meals. It's our passion to create and share food with others, and we wanted to make sure our guests had the ability to do the same during their stay. Access to the Casita is through a private entrance from the street, leading you along a dedicated sidewalk. This walkway, which is shared only with the Kaibab Suite guests, winds through a lush fruit orchard and picturesque cactus gardens, providing a charming and welcoming approach to your home-away-from-home. We are pleased to be a pet-friendly property for dogs. If you're planning to bring your well-behaved canine companion, please let us know in advance. An additional fee of $80 applies for pets. As a guest at the Kaibab Casita, you will enjoy exclusive access to a standalone structure, separate from the main house, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Your accommodations include a private outdoor shower for a unique and refreshing experience. The Casita boasts a beautiful patio where you can relax and take in the serenity of our landscaped grounds. The property is home to over 30 different fruit trees. As the various fruits become ripe, we love to pick and share them with our guests, providing both a stunning backdrop and an opportunity to enjoy some fresh, seasonal produce. You might even get a chance to meet our resident desert tortoise, a friendly 150lb creature who enjoys roaming the property. Access to the Casita is provided through a dedicated sidewalk and private gate. Please note that this entrance is shared with the Kaibab Suite, another guest space on the property, but each unit maintains its own separate entrance and amenities. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, so that all guests can fully enjoy the tranquility of the property. Our goal is to create a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone staying with us. While the Kaibab Casita is your private sanctuary, the outdoor spaces on the property are shared and are designed to foster a sense of community. As the host, I live in the main section of the home on the property, and you'll likely see me tending to the grounds or enjoying the pool area. I built this space with the intention of encouraging community gathering, meeting new people, and fostering friendships. I'm always available if you need any assistance or have any questions during your stay. At the same time, I respect your privacy and will ensure you feel at home in the suite. The Kaibab Casita is part of a property that includes two separate guest spaces, each with its own private entrance and amenities. The other space on the property is the Kaibab Suite. If you are interested in a different experience or if your travel needs are better suited to the Kaibab Suite, you're welcome to search for it and book that space instead. Please note that while each space is private and self-contained, the outdoor amenities like the pool and hot tub are shared spaces designed to foster a sense of community among guests.
