About this property

Welcome to Fisherman's Cove in Pine Point Maine. Our Cottages are right on the waterfront in Pine Point Harbor. They have stunning views including some of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see! It's just a short walk to the famous Pine Point Beach, 3 miles of beautiful sandy shore which leads to Old Orchard Beach. Pine Point has several fine restaurants and it's only 10 minutes to the amusements in Old Orchard Beach, and 20 minutes to the greater Portland area and the Maine Mall for those occasional rainy days for dining and shopping. There's Fantastic fishing right from the backyard or on the Fisherman's Pier which is just a two minute walk. Nature lovers will find the Scarborough Marsh an amazing place to explore.

We offer six or seven night stays. Not all of our guests use a full week but our pricing is based on a six night stay because week days are hard to book. Please select Saturday night to Thursday night even if you will be using fewer nights.

Check in is Saturday morning as early as you want. We also offer guests an early check-in after 5 pm on the Friday night before at NO CHARGE for the 7th night. The cottage is cleaned thoroughly from 10 am to 5 pm on Fridays, so we can offer this early check-in for those who prefer to travel on Friday.

We accept pets with a modest fee for special cleaning. There are a few breeds of large, shedding dogs we can't accept, primarily due to allergy sensitivities of cleaning staff and some guests. Please just ask and we will be as flexible as possible.

We have a Guest Information Booklet we can send you with more details and resources. This will also be printed for a binder at the cottage.

We should have everything you need, but please provide your own linens for beds. We keep some back ups if needed. We provide towels but you my want your own beach towels. We appreciate it if you launder what you use.

If you book through VRBO, please consider giving us a rating and testimonial. We always had a 5 Star rating, but had to create a new account with VRBO and those did not get transferred. We do have scans of several years of entries in our Guest Book we're happy to share, and can provide contact information for our guests if you would like.

We had a great stay the pictures were accurate. The view from the big picture windows was stunning and peaceful. The host John was very responsive.

Beautiful property and perfect location

The house is super clean and modern with everything needed for a great stay. It also has many cool design features. And the view is just awesome! We spent lots of time on the patio and took advantage of the fire table at night. Kayaking from the property is easy, and a trip to the big beach is a 5 minute walk. It was wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants and bars, too. The owner is quick to respond to questions. We’ll be back!

Relaxed setting

Very convenient location, close to restaurants and the beach. Property was clean and everything was provided. There was good communication with the owner and he responded to questions quickly. I would definitely stay there again!

What makes this property unique

Our beach house is on a large parcel right on the harbor with fine landscaping, a private little beach, incredible views, stunning sunsets, great fishing dock next door and lots of privacy. It is located right next to the town boat landing and pier and is a short walk to famous Pine Point Beach. Old Orchard Beach and Portland and the attractions are minutes away. The owner's residence is on-site to provide any tenant services required immediately. This is one of the most beautiful locations in Maine. Many of our guests choose to return each year.

Privacy, close proximity to one of Maine's most beautiful beaches, our own very private beach on the river steps from the deck. Truly a beautiful area with wonderful views.
