We absolutely love this spot. Cant beat the location but the beauty and layout of the house made it so special for my family and my brothers family. Amy was very responsive. Wood fireplace and gorgeous kitchen were the highlights. Very convenient access to the mountain particularly for the littles ones in the sub zero temps.
Our group of 11 had an amazing stay at this spacious home. Perfect for large family gatherings! Just steps away from the Snubber chair mid-station, making ski-in/ski-out easy. Huge "mudroom" downstairs with boot dryers was great for ski equipment and getting ready in the morning. The house has all the amenities for BBQing or a big lobster boil (we did both!). Kitchen was well outfitted. Lots of space to hang out. Amy was a wonderful host!
We had a perfect week long ski trip here. You can't beat the location, it's just a quick walk through the woods to the snubber mid station. The house was perfect for our big group, with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in and places to hang out without being on top of each other. Amy was great, super responsive to my questions leading up, and then offered suggestions when we couldn't ski one day because the lifts were on wind hold. We were all sad to leave, but would love to rent this house again.

Beautiful home near Sugarloaf Inn
We have rented on Sugarloaf for over 20 years and live two hours away. Because we had a larger crowd of family this time, we rented a house rather than a condo. This property is like something out of an Architectual Digest magazine. So many nice touches throughout, the furnishings were exceptional, and the location is a perfect ski in/ski out. With the breakout space downstairs, everyone had room to relax. Grandkids loved it. It was expensive compared to past rentals, but the splurge was worthwhile. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house. Great location. Responsive owners.
This house is absolutely stunning. The location is great. Located very close to the Snubber chair mid-station. Easy access to the lift (very short walk on a path and then about 30 feet up to the lift - very easy) and I was able to ski right back to the mud room entrance door. My whole family loved this place. Kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. Dining room table is stunning. Family room/fireplace just gorgeous. Sleeping spaces were plentiful. It seems like every wood surface (bar, table bathroom vanities) was custom-made for this house. The house is so beautiful that you naturally want to take your shoes off in the mud room and wear slippers or socks everywhere else. And you naturally want to use coasters for your drinks. The owners were extremely welcoming, hospitable and responsive to any questions. We'll be back.
Amy was a pleasure to deal with. She checked in make sure we had a smooth check in as well to answer any questions we may have had. I would recommend the property and the owner Amy.
High class top tier spacious rental property with lots of amenities. The location is prefect for mtn Biking right out the front door. Golf, fishing, hiking and many other activities within 2 miles. Our favorite amenities were the Sonos system, outdoor fire pit and large open concept 1st floor. We will definitely be back!
We had a great time in this spacious home at Sugarloaf for our family vacation in Maine. We enjoyed taking day trips to Mt Washington, Acadia/Bar Harbor, the Skowhegan Fair and exploring the area. S'mores around the firepit, BBQ dinners on the grill, and games around the long dining table were lots of fun! The master bedroom shower was relaxing, too. The weather was hotter than we expected, though, so a few fans or an a/c would have been a nice addition for the bedrooms. Regardless, we had a terrific time!
Outstanding property in an excellent location at Sugarloaf USA...the property is amazing and is designed in a way that allowed three families to stay together & yet had ample room to our teenage children to have space on their own away from the adults. The unit had everything that you would ever need in a kitchen, had great beds and enough bathrooms throughout the house to make it easy for all 12 of us to live/stay for our time at Sugarloaf. Access to the Snubber lift was a short, minute walk away from the property allowing for great access to early morning skiing and a quick run back at lunch time to grab a sandwich before getting back to the slopes for the afternoon ski. Probably the nicest property that we have stayed in at Sugarloaf and we have been traveling 20+ years to Sugarloaf for our March break vacation.
Our group really enjoyed the house and the location couldn't be better. Amy was great!

Perfect!
A gorgeous and perfectly-located home on the mountain! We stayed with two other families, during February vacation, and couldn’t have asked for more. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we were located right by the chair lift. The home’s design, details, and location made it perfect for our families with children of all ages.
The homeowner was lovely to deal with, and she checked in, mid-stay, to ensure that we had everything we needed.
Would absolutely rent this property again - highly recommended!!
