Just Right for Our Needs

The townhouse is very convenient to St. Alphonsus hospital. We had an appointment there and wanted somewhere close. Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and allowed us a bit of a late checkout. I wish we would have had more time to explore the outdoors around the area and take a walk. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location near Ford Idaho Center

Loved this property. Super clean and many thoughtful touches. Nice walking path nearby to walk our pups on. Walking distance to Ford Idaho Center.

Happy in the Happy Place

My husband and I stayed here for an extended time with our 2 dogs. Location is great with a lot to do nearby. Our dogs were comfortable and we had all we needed. Dawn is a gracious host!

Perfect for a quick overnight

Stayed with my husband and adult son when we were in town for a concert at the Ford Idaho Center. Property description was accurate, pre-stay communication was helpful and informative. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to local restaurants and concert venue. We would stay again!

Very satisfied

Large two full bedrooms with full facilities for each. Comfortable bed and laundry facilities. Easy to locate with a coffee stand nearby to start my day if I didn't take a moment to use the Keurig in the kitchen. Host was great to communicate with. Would recommend this location.

The town house was nicely clean and very comfortable. The owner was responsive to my communications. It was very quiet even woth the windows open. I wished i would have known that the garage is very narrow, and can be difficult to enter and exit

We had everything we needed.

The place was a nice size and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.The air conditioning was excellent. It was in a nice location with a path and sidewalks to walk our little dog. The garage is really small! Hard to park the car. The worst part of the apartment was it didn't seem very clean. When we walked into the place we noticed funky odors. It smelled like cigarette smoke and rotten food or something unidentifiable. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. The bed in the smaller bedroom was horribly uncomfortable with old mattress and no mattress pad. The price was great, but I guess you get what you you pay for!
