Cancellation within the following will result in forfeiture of all monies paid

Great Couples’ Retreat

From the time we stepped foot on the property, we were impressed. The location gave us a perfect view of the golf course and the water in the distance. The home is spacious with plenty of common areas to gather. The bedrooms were very nice. The pool area was beautiful and the staff ensured we had fresh towels multiple times a day. The tennis court was great. The rackets are a bit old, but Roy ensured he got us fresh balls. The workout room was a nice plus. There were a few machines that were out of order. The staff that served the home was amazing. Roy handled every request and took great care of every guest. Charles is an amazing chef. The others were professional and caring. I especially appreciated the laundry service.

Private Tennis Court and Professional Staff Made this Trip One of our Best Ever!!

We spent a week at Fairway Manor with four adults and seven teenagers - all competitive tennis players. We had more fun playing pickle ball (some matches going until 1:30 am) than we've all ever had on a court! The house is exquisite with ample places to relax alone with a book or play board games (Taboo being our fav) with the whole gang. As other reviewers have noted, one of the best parts of the house was the staff. We thought initially we would eat out most often at the Half Moon Bay Club. After one meal there, however, we realized Charles, our chef, could prepare better meals for lower cost. Half Moon Bay has a lovely pool and beach area and the kids did take part in some of the water sports, but we spent more time at the house than anywhere. We were there during the hottest part of the year so it's hard to complain about the house being hot, but it was hot in the main parts of the house. We found we got used to it after a day. Everything is open so if you are used to central AC get ready to sweat. That said, the bedrooms have AC and once we got the hang of keeping doors and drapes closed we were plenty cool sleeping. Speaking of the bedrooms, each one is beautifully decorated with custom drapes and bedding and bright tiled showers. Roy is the consummate professional. He was accommodating and smiled constantly, no matter how many times we changed plans. Don't miss the opportunity to golf at Half Moon Club. Their caddies are talented and funny.

A Home Away In Paradise

Our stay was incredible, and man of our friends group have already started discussing when we want to book a return trip. The property itself is somehow even better in person than pictured, the views are stunning, and the location is great (quick shuttle ride down the beach club, or an easy 15 minute walk if you're up for a saunter). Cannot say enough glowing things about the team on site. We felt fully taken care of and supported with all of our needs during our stay, and I really look forward to returning in the future, in large part thanks to the welcoming and thought the team put into everything.

Family Reunion

When we walked in Roy said welcome home and we felt at home the entire week. House and grounds are wonderful. Accommodations worked great for our three generations. Butler Roy was just the best taking care of us, making tee times, and handling our special requests. Staff were so helpful and accommodating not to mention the hugs they had for our infants and small children. Chef Charlies spoiled us all with his wonderful meals and special food selections for our 3 and 5 year olds. Tennis court was a hit but most surprisingly the pickle ball courts were a huge hit. Got a chance to introduce the game to the “Middle” generation and they loved it! Golf courses fun and Half Moon Beach Club fabulous. No one wanted to leave!! All agreed it was the best vacation ever and we will be back!

COMPLETELY AMAZING!!!

Fairway Manor was simply amazing. From the booking process with Ms. Lisa to the stay, I am still completely astonished and spoiled. The staff was like a second family during our stay, Mr. Roy made us feel like we owned the place. Lol! We didn't have to lift a finger, clothes washed, rooms cleaned and gourmet meals each day. And let's talk food, whewwwwww.....Chef Charles literally NEVER disappointed. Every single thing that he cooked was phenomenal, perfectly seasoned and delicious. He really spoiled all 14 of us. I literally am already planning my next trip back to Fairway Manor. Don't delay, book this place now!

Amazing Trip!

This was our second time visiting Fairway Manor. Roy and the staff we just as good, if not better than before. Charles the chef created incredible dishes for us each day. We could not have asked for a more wonderful time.

Great staff, great villa, great time

I have nothing but great things to say about Fairway Manor, Montego Bay, or our staff. Our group had a wonderful time and was only helped by the great staff at the villa. The food, rooms, and views were all greatly above expectations. Thanks to all who made our stay wonderful.

Incredible Week!
