Large luxury home featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sitting on a large 3/4 acre lot. Incredible views with all the amenities, including an 8 person hot tub, two master suites, all brand new mattresses with 300 count linens. This home is ideal for a large family or multi-family vacation. Beautiful hard wood floors in the kitchen, dining room, living room and both master suites. Multiple decks for incredible mountain and valley views. Come and enjoy the beauty Crested Butte has to offer.

The first floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, state-of-the-art appliances, double oven, flat screen TV and table settings for 20 guests. Serve your guests on the granite island or on the large dining table. The living area incudes a large sofa, 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and gas fireplace. One master suite is on the first floor with a king bed, flat screen TV with DVD, jaccuzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bunk bed and small sitting area featuring a love seat, recliner and 47 inch flat screen TV with DVD. The second bathroom features a steam shower unit with a rain shower head. The entry way features ski lockers allowing for you to shed your ski clothes and keep them all together in your very own locker. Just off the entry way is a separate laundry room with ironing board and iron.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a work space. The second master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A large deck is accessed thru the upstairs master suite for beautiful mountain and stream views and star gazing on clear, fresh nights. The second bedroom has a queen bed and leather chair, perfect for reading a great novel. The third bedroom is a very large room with two extra long twin beds, a bunk bed with full mattress, 47 inch flat screen TV and DVD, sleeper sofa, pool table with a ping pong attachemnt and a Wii console (please bring you own games). This is an excellent room for the kids. At least six can sleep in here comfortably. There is another deck off the game room with incredible views of Mt. Crested Butte. The second bathroom includes granite counters and shower/tub combination. The work space has an all in one printer, fax, scanner and copier. You will need to download the approprite print driver, but this is an ideal area to get caught up on emails, or those minor office projects while you are away.

The entire house has high speed wireless internet. The work space does have an ethernet port if you need to hard wire directly to the internet. There is a phone with free long distance available.

Outside the kitchen is another large deck featuring an 8 person hot tub, gas grill with a charcoal option and unobstructed mountain and valley views. There is a large two car garage with enough storage space for all your skis, snowboards and sleds. There is a basketball goal along the driveway outside of the garage.

Winters in Crested Butte offer alpine skiiing and snowboarding at Mt. Crested Butte. There is snowshoeing and cross counrty skiing available in town or out on your own up Cement Creek Road. Several companies offer snowmobiling out Kebler Pass. The summer months bring hiking, bicycling, rock climbing, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, rafting and camping. All these activities are available just minutes from the house.

The Town of Crested Butte offers excellent restaurants and quant shopping. The town hosts several fesitvals through out the year to include the Wildflower Festival and the Summer Concert Series.

Great Ski Vacation

Home was beautiful, terrific kitchen set up for a group of six. Wonderful space for us to be able to spread out, but also come together for meals and relaxation. Very secluded and quiet and amazing location away from the ski mountain. Can’t thanks the host enough for making this trip legendary!

Great Place, Disappointing Host

Wonderful house and fits large groups comfortably. We’ve stayed here twice now and have really enjoyed the property and location. However, this time we had two negative experiences. First, the property managers showed up unannounced first thing in the morning. We think they were just checking the hot tub but some notice would’ve been nice since two guys just showed up and started walking around the property, which made us uneasy. Second, the other negative experience was after we left we were notified of some drywall damage, maybe roughly 1 inch by 1 inch in size; clearly, it was just from a door knob bumping into the wall. We were confident it wasn’t our fault, but ended up paying for it anyways. The host was rude about it and ended up charging $200 to fix the little hole. I’m not sure where the host found his spackle and paint (or maybe is just bad at patching), but the last time I repaired our rental property for a similar matter it wasn’t even close to $200. Please use part of the $200 to put a door stop in. You’ll never have a door knob issue again. It’s a bummer of an experience and we won’t be recommending this stay to others, or returning ourselves.

Spacious CB South Home

Our group enjoyed this property, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking for larger groups with easy access to downtown Created Butte or fishing locations near Almont.

Great Family Reunion!

Our stay on upper Allen Rd was delightful. The teens enjoyed the game room, with pool, Wii, and ping pong. We set up the net out back and enjoyed volleyball as well. We thought it was a lovely kitchen, and nice rooms and decor.

Perfect for large families

We needed a property that could accommodate our large family as we attended the destination wedding of our daughter. This house was a perfect fit. We fit four families very comfortably. The amenities are excellent.

Great stay for multiple families

Our stay was great and the space was perfect for our group (3 families, 6 adults and 7 kids). Most of the kids stayed in the rec room and loved it. Pictures do not do this place justice and we were pleasantly surprised how much nicer it was than in the pictures! As others noted, the wifi went out for no reason at times (and not because multiple devices were being used). Thankfully the issue was sporadic and not long term for those of us that needed to work while there. We cooked most nights and the kitchen size was decent for our group. We did meals in two waves (kids first, adults second) and it worked for us. The location is great; It took 15 minutes to get to the base in the mornings and 10 minutes to get to town. We went to Gunnison a few days when we weren't skiing and the drive was less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Pizza at Tully's, which is just down the street. We would stay there again for our crew!

Great large group ski base

We stayed 3/10-15 for a multi family (16 people) ski trip. There were so many great and unadvertised extras such as double garage with tall doors and a very well stocked kitchen. The layout is great for large groups, with plenty of full baths, on demand hot water and comfortable beds. The only thing I could even be a little critical of is the size of the hot tub was a bit small compared to the occupancy of the home (seats 5). Overall beautiful property and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

Excellent stay!

Other than the internet being spotty and weak (which sounds like a chronic problem for that entire valley), our stay was great! Very clean and spacious home. The hot tub was clean and I’m working order. Although it’s part of a decent sized community, it’s on the edge with few immediate neighbors so it was nice to have some privacy and a quiet stay.

Great Stay

We utilized this property for a company team building weekend in Crested Butte. The floor plan was great to give individual employees space to sleep while offering shared spaces to gather and collaborate. The location also offers direct access to the outdoors via Cement Creek which we had attendees hike, run, mountain bike and ride moto trails. This was a great stay.

Excellent Home for Large Family Vacay

We had a great stay at this well-appointed home. 12 people fit comfortably, and the 2 masters made it easy to keep grown siblings from arguing over who got the bigger/better room. We didn't have any issues with the home. The pictures made the kitchen and living area look small and I was a tad bit concerned about that but they were plenty spacious! Everything was more than enough room for our large family. Downtown CB is only about a 10 minute drive away. We also enjoyed walking just down the street (5-10 min walk) to CB South where there was a cute coffee shop, restaurant/bar, general store. Views from the home were amazing! We hope to be back next summer!

Crested Butte Birthday weekend!

Amazing house! Comfortably fits 16 people. Everyone had a bed without the sofa bed. They had twin mattress that we put on the floor that were comfortable. I lost the email with checkin and the host was quick to respond with my questions. Hot tub and games! We had so much fun!

This place is awesome! It’s pretty spacious, has lots of games, a hot tub and great views. The only one thing I’d say they should try to fix is the Wi-Fi, which is pretty unusable. But still a 5-star stay.

Nice property that met most expectations. WiFi was poor and spotty, so some who planned to work remotely had to go into town. Enough space for 15, with plenty to do such as pool, ping pong, all around the table card games. Great kitchen. Walls were a bit thin for a mix of college kids and their parents, but kind of expected that. Dish net was great for watching college ultimate frisbee national championships!

Beautiful house in beautiful setting

Family Vacation stay

This is a great house for an extended family. There is lots of room for all. Located almost equally between Gunnison, Crested Butte and Almont. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The house wasn't as clean as others I've rented. When I sent an email with this information, the response was that "good help is hard to find", with an apology. The outside grill was so dirty we had to clean it before we before we would even consider cooking on it . There was no laundry detergent supplied for the requested towel wash upon departure. With 3 children and 6 adults using the internet, the service was spotty, as was the cell service. Some of the board games need to be thrown away as pieces are missing, but the basketball goal and pingpong table were a hit. The problems we encountered were fixed within 2 days by the management. All of these issues can be fixed if the management company inspects the property thoroughly in-between rentals. I would consider renting this property again upon a return trip.

More Beautiful Than Expected!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation with our family and friends! We had more than enough room for everyone and the amenities exceeded our expectations! When the listing said 'stocked' they really meant it! Close to downtown Crested Butte (adorable town) and the trailheads were just down the street. Absolutely recommend!
