Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains for the late risers! The living area has balcony access, a queen sleeper sofa, and blackout curtains. The updated full kitchen has beautiful new cabinetry, new countertops and new stainless appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. The dining table seats four and the breakfast counter offers two additional seating options.
Both bedrooms and living area have large flat screen smart tv's with streaming options. The living area TV also has cable available. There is free Wi-Fi access for your convenience.

1) Renter’s dogs are limited in size to a maximum of 20 pounds each. This is HOA policy.
2) The number of dogs is restricted to one(1) in peak season (Memorial day to Labor day) and two (2) in non peak season (after labor day to before Mem day)
3) Pets are not allowed on the Beach or within the Pool Deck area.
4) Pets shall not be left unattended on the balcony or in condo unit.
5) Pets shall not be allowed to create a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance or noise.
6) Pet owners shall be required to clean up after their pets and dispose of in appropriate outdoor receptacles. Pet stations and bags are provided in the pet walk areas. Permitting a pet to relieve itself in any common area (buildings, elevators, walls) other than the pet walk area is prohibited.
Security cameras: the property management has surveillance cameras scattered throughout the complex in the common areas and parking lot. There is also an exterior view doorbell camera on the unit. Any attempt to obscure, redirect or interfere with cameras will result in cancellation of booking without refund.
