This is the perfect beach house for large groups and families, thanks to the four spacious bedrooms.
The primary suite is on the main floor and features a comfy king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. The room offers access to the deck, making it easy to wake up and enjoy the fresh ocean air first thing in the morning.
The second bedroom sits on the main floor and has a king-size bed, a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a closet.
The third bedroom is also on the first floor and is perfect for the kiddos in your group. This fun room has four twin built-in L-shaped bunk beds, a closet, and a dresser.
The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and boasts two queen-size beds, a twin bed with a pull-out trundle below, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a dresser. Guests in this room can enjoy the walk-out sun deck with unobstructed ocean views.

Three full bathrooms make it easy to unwind or prepare for the day.
The first bathroom is en-suite to the primary suite and has a large tiled walk-in shower and an extended vanity.
The second bathroom is off the first floor’s central area and has a tiled shower/tub combo.
The third bathroom is on the second floor and features a tiled shower/tub combo.
The home boasts an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach!

The open floor plan on the main level means you can hang out as a large group no matter which room you’re in. The large kitchen has everything you could need to create tasty group meals.
A few of the many amenities in this room include stainless steel appliances, cookware, cookie sheets, baking dishes, knives, cutting boards, silverware, plastic dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, a coffee pot (regular drip), a toaster, plastic dinnerware for kids, a blender, a hand mixer, a crock pot, a dishwasher, and microwave.
When it comes time to sit down for a meal, you can cozy up to the large kitchen island (seating for four) or the dining table (seating for six). There’s also plenty of space on the decks for enjoying al fresco meals if you want to make the most out of the sunny weather.
If you encounter overcast skies or rainy days during your getaway, the living room is the perfect place to hang out. This room is tastefully decorated in soft beach hues. In addition, there is plenty of comfortable seating with oversized windows to soak in the beautiful views. You can pick out a game from our collection or enjoy a family movie night with one of the more than 50 DVDs we have on hand.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
One of the most coveted areas of this amazing property is the outdoor area. There are several decks, along with a bar area beneath the house. Additionally, you can enjoy the cooler weather in our brand new installed hot tub, alongside the convenience of a charcoal grill and picnic tables for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The Main Deck is furnished with five high-back chairs, a high-top table, two Adirondack chairs, and a hammock. This space is perfect for watching the waves crash or for enjoying an evening game of cards with a refreshing drink in hand.
The Sun Deck accompanies the upstairs (second) bedroom. It’s furnished with six high-back chairs to enjoy your morning coffee with unobstructed gulf views.
The Lower Outdoor Bar boasts four high-top chairs, a picnic bench, and a sink. You can also rinse off in the outdoor shower or mix up a cold beverage after a long day in the sun.
The home is just a short walk from the beach, and we make beach days easy with lots of fun beach toys, chairs in the downstairs storage area.

Dog Policy - We do charge a pet fee. If you are bringing your furry friend, you must submit a message through the app to let us know what the age and breed of the dog is. All dogs MUST be house trained. You will be responsible for any damages caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for your pets to do their business and utilize the provided waste station to clean up after them. Because we are dog-friendly, if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs, I recommend you do not stay here. While we do our best to thoroughly clean, we cannot guarantee that you may not have an allergic reaction from a previous guest’s dog(s).

Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, including the decks and outdoor areas.

Check-in time is 4 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is 10 AM on the day of departure. We strictly adhere to these times to ensure that our home is properly cleaned and prepared for each new guest’s arrival, and we do not provide exceptions to these times.

A large parking area is available for up to six vehicles.

-Minimum renting age is 25 years old and must be present the entire
duration of the rental period
-Please do not tamper with the owner's locked closets and garage.

You will receive a Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement shortly after booking and will have 48 hours to review the agreement. A full refund will be honored if the guest does not agree to the terms and cancels the booking. By upholding the reservation, the guest accepts the House Rules and Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement as legally binding documents.

We keep our vacation rental as child friendly as possible. However, it is a parent’s responsibility to ensure their children’s safety at all times. To maintain our property as kid friendly, we ask that you never leave children without adult supervision or alone at any time while on our property.

CANCELLATIONS AND/OR REFUNDS:

Due to the availability of travel insurance, we do not offer refunds or discounts in the event of inclement weather, reasons related to health, or any personal need to cancel the booking. There is no refund for appliance failure, utility failure, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not give refunds for rainy days, overcast skies, hurricanes, and / or tropical storms.
