Why they chose this property

Region 15 is still mostly jungle. It is located in between the town and the beach. So, you get the serene nature of the jungle yet not too far from the beaches or town. The dirt roads are rough and renting a car is highly recommended. Although renting a car is recommended in Tulum no matter the location as taxis are very expensive and places of interests are spreadout in the region.

What makes this property unique

The lagoon pool was built to encompass the natural surroundings and is absolutely amazing to swim in, especially at night. Guests also have the option to use their own private plunge pool on the large terrace.
