About the host
Hosted by Tom Schabarum

We are long term Super Hosts for 9 years on another platform and have just come to VRBO. We've very much enjoyed hosting over the years and it is a pleasure meeting folks from all over the world. We do like to cater to traveling adults looking for adventure and a nice place to stay.
Why they chose this property
Both our rentals, here in Tarpon Springs and in Seattle are close to water. Spring and Whitcomb bayous and the gulf in Florida and Lake Washington in Seattle. We love the historical feel of Tarpon and our home in Seattle is historical too (1926) Both have been carefully and stylishly renovated and our place in Florida is currently seeing many changes as we continue to renovate the exterior. Watch for updated photos!
What makes this property unique
We choose neighborhoods that are historical as well as walkable where water is the main view and a vibrant downtown community exists for dinner out, shopping and meeting folks. Tarpon Springs is host to many nights out and festivals during the season. Our Seattle home and area is host to the penultimate event of Seafair – a summer long festival of events all over the Puget Sound area.
