Cozy condo

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this unit and it’s a great location. This time I noticed things were not as usual from our last visits. I know the condo has a new owner but I don’t know if that has anything to do with the TLC it needs. The curtains in the bedroom were hanging off the clips as well as mold on the bottom. The floors were dirty, balcony was unswept and had a bottle cap laying on the floor. The toilet wobbled when sitting in the master bath. The lights were burnt out in the fan above dining table. Also there was duct tape holding a lamp together. These were minor things but they need to be taken care of. Also the dryer doesn’t work keeps turning off saying you need to clean the lint catcher. Did that and still continues to turn off. Also we had to buy 2 beach chairs as the ones in the closet are terrible. We left them behind for future guests to use. Besides these things I love the condo and it has lots of potential but definitely needs TLC. Location is great, pool is immaculate. I will definitely stay in this complex again.

Home away from Home

We absolutely love Indian Shores and have called it our second home for 3 years now. Booking through Kevin have been nothing short of amazing. We will continue to book through him in years to come!

Extremely disappointed with condo

The A/C was broken, the floors were dirty, stains on pillows, washing machine was broken. Owner refused to fix A/C in August (100 degrees each day). Provided portable A/C units, but inside never got cooler than 80 degrees. Told us he didn't want to spend the money to fix things because he was selling. Had to call the property manager EVERY day with issues. Unacceptable for what we paid, and it RUINED our vacation. Please save yourself the frustration and DO NOT rent this condo.

102 Waterview Indian shores

We have stayed here many, many times and have always loved it. . Fantastic location and easy access to the beach and a great pool! It’s has everything you need in comfort and nicely laid out. Local restaurant and beach just a short walk away! What more could you want! Keith

The location was wonderful. The set up was also very convenient. However, the beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. We had to go purchase a new bottom sheet that actually fit. And a little more time could be spent doing some detailed cleaning. I would definitely stay again if there were different beds.

102 Waterview Indian shores florida

We have stayed at 102 Waterview many times in the past, The owners are personal friends of ours and is also a client of mine. I actually helped pick out their new flooring. I have to tell you the truth… this brand new flooring was so dirty it turned my socks almost black…as though the flooring had not been moped in months not to mention the sand. When we ended our stay I left a note for the Itrip cleaning people to ask that they don’t let the next people coming in to this unit have the same experience we had. That being said, We love the location and ease to the beach, that’s why we’ve stayed so many times.

Good place but has room for improvement

Things we loved- -location, Beach is not far. first floor is close to stairwell in parking, -extra big supplies in closet, -pool, grill Things that could be improved -linen-I think there was like six or seven towels for the whole unit. Not enough if four people shower daily - beds- you could sleep on them. But they are not what I would call comfortable- and squeak a lot -had minimal dishes. We counted three spoons. -cleanliness- found sand on the office futon, found black hair on the floor -remodel done but not everything- new floors new paint, however kitchen appliances very outdated, showers/ bath are old. I love the general building and the location however, for in order for me to stay here again I would have to see new mattresses and stocked better, and cleaning people doing a better job.

Very nice property

This condo was very nice and convenient to the beach. The pool was kept immaculate by a maintenance worker whom loved what he was doing. The kitchen was very well stocked with all your cooking needs. The mattresses are fair. I think they need replacing soon. Overall excellent condo we will be returning.

Not the best experience

Been going to this area for 25 yrs. First time weve had an inconvenient and less than desirable experience. Very limited bath towels, only one hand towel in the whole unit (also first time having to pack beach towels), no extra sheets and the sheets that were on one of the beds were paper thin. Comforters were stained/dirty. Clogged toilet and hair in shower upon arrival. Back splash at sink dirty. Pool area was very neat and clean but will not be staying in this unit again.

Loved the location and the property was well managed. The pool and hot tub was great. We spent the first week cleaning the unit. They definitely need a new cleaning crew. It was extremely dirty, and it put a damper on our vacation.

Excellent Condo All Around

Clean condo. The facilities were clean. The pool and pool area were cleaned daily. Warm pool and hot hottub. Access to the beach was easy. Beautiful beach. Beautiful sunsets. The condo had all the beach accessories that we needed. The owners were easy to communicate with. Average beds. Indian Shores is a great area! Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby the condo!

Great location

The location and the people from management company were great. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner shutting down due to a clogged drain but the management company had someone fix it within an hour . The only negative is that the cleaning company they hire do a poor job. ( other guests have noted this also) . We found dirty floors throughout . Plus candy wrappers and used band aids under beds . We were very happy with location, price and Kevin at the management company . The people cleaning not so much. But we would rent again due to location and management company response to air conditioner issue. They just need to clean the condo better after each use.

Great area small complex

We have stayed in this complex several times. We love the area as it's not crowded. The complex is small as well so it's not crowded. This unit was comfortable and clean. A few things could use a little repair or upgrade but overall nice unit.

Great Place to stay

The condo was easy and accessible on the first floor. This was a great space. I think the max number of people that would fit comfortably in this space is 4- 5 depending on age of children. We had teenagers and it felt a little cramped and on top of each other. The great thing is that it has a heated pool and hot tub as well as it has private beach access which made it ideal for our family because our teens could go to the beach whenever. The kitchen was well stocked....my only suggestion is for people to bring kitchen towels. They provide you with one but it was not enough when cooking. Overall the place was great, clean, and nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Location of property in Indian Shores is good and easy access to the beach. There are pool toys and chairs provided, but we did not use. We mostly had the building to ourselves during the stay. There is a parking space provided which is under the condo, however, the directions indicate the “back” building, not the back side of building one which caused confusion on arrival. There is a small view of the intercostal from the patio. The condo appears nice in pictures, but definitely needs a thorough cleaning. We called I-Vacation and they sent someone back after our arrival to mop the floor and she tried, but the floor is filthy. We had to ask her to wear her mask when she came to mop. If you walk on the floors your feet will be black. I swept the floors every day, but sweeping does not do the job. Every time I swept, I would get a broom full of black dust, hair, dirt. The curtains hems are black with dirt in LR and MBR. My husband took the BR faucets apart and cleaned because they were so covered in mildew. The lighting in the condo is terrible, DARK, needs brighter bulbs.We named the couch the “marshmallow”, because when you sit on it you SINK and hard to get off. The patio doors are old and hard to operate. The patio is just above all of the pool /spa pumps, with a side view of the pool. The pool heater was not fixed until the day before we left, and property maintenance was there around 7:00 a.m. several mornings trying to fix, talking on the phone. No fault of the owner, but trash pickup is M-W-F and maintenance rolls the trash container from the second building to the front of property @ 6:30 a.m. these days. The shower rod in the 2nd bathroom fell a couple of times. It does not have a tight fit to remain intact. The shower needs to be cleaned, as showing signs of mildew in the grout. The dishwasher is old and squeaks when opening. The refrigerator has a water dispenser inside the door and the ice maker works great. However, shelves are cracked and some of the door railings on the inside of frig door are missing. If you need a knife, the condo has plenty, but only 6 forks. There is no sink stopper to fill the sink/wash dishes. The cook wear is scratched and well worn. The master bed was very comfy, however, the mattress pad has a “stain” on it. The washer dryer is not the ones shown in the VRBO pics. You cannot wash a king size set of sheets in it, has to be two loads. I would stay at this location again, but not in this condo.
