A Classic beach cottage just across the street from beautiful Sagamore Beach. Greatly desired Phillips road location with a path to the beach just a couple of houses away.

This property features 3 bedrooms, one of them very large with room for a crib or air mattress. Full bathroom with tub and shower. This location also has an outdoor deck and gas grill so you can enjoy the sunsets and family meals outdoors. Enjoy a carefree family vacation right at the beach.
