Why they chose this property

The area is in walking distance to all local amenities from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beaches and the very popular La Zenia shopping centre. It is also a great base to travel to many other local towns and villages with fabulous road and bus networks if you choose not to drive.

What makes this property unique

The property is brand new very modern with full air conditioning, heating and underfloor heating in the bathrooms for those colder months. It has fabulous onsite private facilities with 3 pools on of which is indoor with a sauna. The pools are situated within immaculate gardens. It has a gym for guest and many relaxing areas to enjoy the glorious Spanish weather. It is very private wilts being in the heart of all local amenities.
