Bedroom with two 90x200 beds, which can be joined on request, with access to the terrace. Complete bathroom with bathtub. Living/dining room with fireplace, table for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, glasses, glasses, plates, cutlery, coffee makers, kettle, pots, pans and cutlery...on the island there are four stools. Floor -1: Wine cellar with a bench where you can have a glass of wine. *Bottles are not included. Gymnasium. Jacuzzi and shower. Outside: 10x4m swimming pool with depth from 0,30 to 1,80m.
