Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend!

Jorge was an excellent host and this place was perfect for me. The place was very clean and the internet was fantastic. Jorge was very accommodating with check-in and greeted me to show me the place. I really appreciated how well equipped the apartment was, such as a power adapter on every outlet, extra towels/linens on hand, and water stocked. Jorge even came over halfway through my stay to provide a change of sheets and towels. The location is excellent as well. Very close to the metro station and right in between Copa and Ipanema. Would definitely recommend!

Zone infestée de moustiques a la lisiere du vegetation tropicale dense et aux portes d une favelas

Appartement tres veillot, immeuble veillot datant de 1960, gout d un autre age, climatiseurs datant de 1970, tres tres bruyants et sans telecommande, actionner uniquement en manuel, pas d eclairage naturel, appartement sombre meme en milieu d apres midi, situé en fond de cour, en etage peu élevé, en vis a vis d un mur aveugle, nombreux moustiques voraces, aucune moustiquaire aux fenetres et dont l etancheité est mauvaise, simple vitrage plastique, salle d eau etriquée, ne pas etre trop gros pour y acceder. Manque de modernité et de gout contemporain, cependant propreté indéniable, reactivité et gentillesse du propriétaire au top. Rapport qualité prix, un peu cher pour les prestations offertes.

Excelente Apartamento

Não tenho nada a dizer, apartamento excelente o administrador Jorge é muito atencioso, todos os itens do apartamento funcionaram sem problemas, dois quarterões para direita praia de Ipanema, dois quarterões para esquerda praia de Copacabana e atrás do apartamento o morro canta galo, inclusive subimos lá e tomamos uma cerveja na esquina sem problemas. So não recebe 5 estrelas por que não esta enfrente a praia, fora isso é perfeito! Acomoda um casal e filhos tranquilamente. Um abraço Jorge!

Passei o Carnaval de 2015 no apto do Jorge e achei que fiz uma ótima escolha...o imóvel atende perfeitamente as necessidades de estadia de qualquer turista, próximo as praias de Copacabana e Ipanema, sem falar na receptividade do Jorge, muito atencioso e prestativo...recomendo e voltarei a ser seu hóspede assim que puder!
