Beautiful 3 plus bedroom cottage on Burt Lake

Lake life on Burt Lake facing West for beautiful sunsets. 3 1/2 bedrooms, 2 bath cottage w/AC window units, fiber optic internet. Main floor is open living concept with large patio door & windows facing the lake that is 50 steps away! Enjoy the deck on those warm summer days, a boat hoist w/3000 lb capacity,2 mooring buoy’s, 1 for large boats & 1 for the 6x12 lily pad both are past end of dock in sandy area, 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks, fire pit & sand box, games, gas grille and lots of parking!

The space
Main floor has one bedroom with king size bed , a full bathroom, utility room w/ washer & dryer. kitchen has new fridge and dishwasher, kitchen,dining & living room are open concept with two huge windows and patio door facing lake! The deck has 8 patio chairs , large cooler, box with air pump , bug spray close pins etc and direct access to lake. 2nd floor contains master bedroom with king size bed and balcony facing lake, 3 rd bedroom w/queen bed , a full bathroom and a small open sleeping area with trundle bed that has two single mattress . All bedrooms have window AC units & ceiling fans , there is a large thru the wall AC unit in living room & window unit in kitchen. Adequate cupboard and closet space with a well equipped kitchen including basic seasoning and spices. Bathrooms are well supplied with shampoo, soap etc, beach towel’s are provided as well. We also have a automatic generator should the power go out ,fiber optic internet w/ unlimited data. Plenty of parking. Extra blankets and pillows are on site as well. And 100 ft of beautiful west facing shoreline!

The dock is for sitting and fishing only NO BOATS CAN BE TIED OFF TO OUR DOCK! You must tie off to the mooring buoy out past end of dock it will hold up to a 25 ft boat and the water is usually 4 to 5 feet deep at the mooring. Fire pit, sand box , 2 adult kayaks & 2 kid’s kayaks, sand toys, water inflated tubes , electric inflator for tubes, floating mat that if used must be to tied off to 2nd green buoy past end of dock , life vests, electric blower for deck and dock cleaning if needed for sand etc...

NOTE,
Use of kayaks and floating mat are at your own risk, there are life vest in plastic storage containers by kayaks and If used they need to be put back and cleaned when done for the week.. Thx We also recommend water shoes especially for the little ones due to zebra muscles which have sharp edges on their shells and stone sand mixture on the beach. NOTE the lake is mostly sand out past end of dock!

Other things to note
Lake shore in this area of lake is a mix of sand and stone but at end of the dock it is mostly sandy and between 4 and 5 feet deep with a ladder at end of dock . We also have a lily pad 6 by 12 feet for your use for floating the day away at end of dock , as well as two adult and 2 kids kayaks there is also a large sand box by the lake for the kids and a boat mooring for boats up to 25 feet out in front of the dock as well as a hoist that will hold up to 3000 lb boat. We also have a backup generator in case the power goes out and new fiber optic internet!
