Great condo with lots of space

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and the loft was very large and handy for the grandchildren to sleep and play. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances top of the line. Fireplace was electric and was very nice and everything was perfect for Christmas. The tree was especially cute without taking up much room. Plenty of seating and we enjoyed our dinners each mealtime. The wifi was easy to access and dish TV was very easy to use. Nice sized and so many tvs also. Washer and dryer came in handy and worked well. Bathrooms were spacious and loved the shower head.

We enjoyed our stay, but didn’t realize there was A/C and it got very hot in the unit and it was difficult to sleep at night. One other minor thing it would have been nice to have more than one wash cloth in the unit. Hard for 7 people to share one wash cloth.

Great condo in Angel Fire

Stayed here for spring break ski trip with wife, one grandparent and three teenage kids. This condo was GREAT. Extremely well kept, updated, fully stocked with all we could need. Only problems were 1. gas fireplace didn't work (I called the contact who didn't know how to fix on the phone; he offered to come out but I told them it was no big deal) and 2. loft got really warm (we finally figured out how to work the portable AC unit upstairs-hook up the vent tube to it so hot air exhaust goes out of room!). Also due to daylight savings, the keypad lock didn't work when we were supposed to check in, but the contact guy answered my phone call immediately and helped fix/get us in with a new combination code. Overall the condo was OUTSTANDING and we'd defintley stay there again. The owners have done a great job updating the place.

Good overall but lacks attention to detail

Pros: - Good location - Kids loved the loft and having a space for themselves - Clean Overall Cons: I wrote the owner and property management company about the following items and only got a generic "thanks for your feedback" response: - Dishwasher filter was CAKED in white grime, and I had to scrape it off with a knife. Clearly had not been cleaned or removed in a very long time, if ever. - Only one pan that didn't have teflon flaking off the bottom! - Master bathroom sink clogged and quick to back up. P-trap likely plugged up. - Bathroom vent caked in dust. - Bathroom and bedroom floors showing their age. - No instructions for TVs, which had multiple remotes. - TVs are older. - No hand soap provided. Had to make separate trip to store. - Hallway lights out or don't work. - Need better lighting for spiral staircase. - Door keypad didn't work. Had to call owner for their personal entry code. He was quick to answer and get us into the unit which was very appreciated as we were out in ~10 degree weather. Make sure you understand the unit is on the third floor and no elevator. This wasn't an issue for us, but needs to be considered for anyone not in shape or not used to mountain air. Given the many issues with this unit, we didn't feel like it was worth the price we paid.

Bring your cleaning supploes

The unit had not been cleaned when we arrived late in the day. Not much fun changing bed linens and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen. Owners really tried to make it right. I feel bad they don’t have reliable help. Other than that we had a nice stay. We will be back to the area again.

Cozy getaway with all the right features

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this warm, cozy condo. The bedroom configuration was great, and having two bathrooms was ideal. The fireplace was very warm and all of the appliances and finishes are in great shape. Check-in and out was super easy as well. We would stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is super up to date and very clean. The condo is so pretty! We had a wonderful time. The owner, Jeff, is very responsive and kind. It is very close to the ski lifts. You can go to the lifts by the shuttle, and it is very convenient.

Great condo....needs new cleaning company

This is a super cute condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The only downside is the cleaning company half A does everything. They definitely need to hire someone new. They are extremely stingy with their toilet paper. We ran out TWICE (I would suggest just bringing your own). The vents in the bathrooms are CAKED with dirt/dust (& one vent was falling out of the ceiling). One of the shower curtains was covered in something nasty. Every dish we tried to use was dirty. One of the bathroom soaps was just refilled with water. When they came to bring more toilet paper, I asked that they not come in when we're not there, but they did anyways. Outside of those things...we really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the condo as a whole.

Good location, perfect size for 2 families.

The location was good about 2 blocks from the ski resort. Condo was a good size for 2 families of 4, and it was clean. The only things to note are parking spots are hard to find, the loft gets hot if you have any heat on, and you have to climb 3 floors of stairs. Overall we had a great trip and the skiing was awesome!

A perfect getaway!

The condo was lovely, very clean and well maintained. Unlike most places, it had everything we might need or want, including condiments, coffee, a crock pot, laundry detergent, and board games. There were also little hotel soaps, which was a life saver since we packed shampoo but didn’t think of soap! The beds are very comfortable and the linens were all very nice. The owner was very kind and responded quickly when we had a question. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Angel Fire. It’s a great place!

Beautiful, well kept condo!

We have stayed in many rentals in many different states, and this one was by far the most clean and well kept property we have ever stayed at. We spent some time in both Angel Fire and Red River, it was a wonderful vacation. The complex itself is quiet. We kept the windows open almost all of the time to enjoy the cooler temps, and never had an issue with noise. The layout of the condo was great, and the kitchen was WONDERFUL. We cook a lot on vacation, due to the size of our family. I usually take a lot of our own kitchen items, because you never know exactly what a property will have available. This one had just about everything! There were plenty of utensils, and an awesome set of pots and pans. They even had a crock pot. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great Location, Cozy cabin feel, and Great Views

Great location, close to the main chair lift. Cozy cabin feel with comfy beds and everything you'd need for your home away from home. Great view of the mountains through the kitchen window. Can't wait to return!

Top Notch

This condo is one of the best of several we've stayed in at Angel Fire. It's has wood floors in the main living araa and clean carpet in the bedrooms. If you're sensitive or have allergies you'll find this condo advantageous as it's clean and unlike a lot of AF accommodations, it's not musty. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental.

Best vacation ever!

Exquisite beautifully decorated Condo!!!

This condo was a great find. It was wonderfully stocked with all kinds of kitchen tools, appliances, plates, cups, and food. Beautiful decorated with high end furniture. The condo was well lit with a skylight which provided an enjoyable atmosphere. The owner was easy to reach, responsive, and very nice. We would definitely rent this condo in the future!!!
