THIS IS A TWO BEDROOM CONDO, NOT A STUDIO. If you're looking for an excellent location while visiting BARRETT JACKSON AUTO AUCTION, WASTE MANAGEMENT TPC, and SPRING TRAINING, you've found the right place! This beautiful condo is located on Scottsdale Ranch in the heart of Scottsdale. It is a gated community with mostly year around residents. We are on the 3rd (top) floor, lakefront, with splendid views of the McDowell Mountains and Pinnacle Peak. Just across the street you will find The Mercado Shopping Plaza, which incudes a Planet Fitness, Goldie's Sports Restaurant and Bar, Circle K, Coffee and Donut shop, Eggstacy, Walgreens, Nail Salon, Dry Cleaner, Barbershop, Hair Salon, Chiropractor, and much more. We have a beautiful pools with hot tub, Planet Fitness just across the street, and we are also adjacent to the largest park on Scottsdale Ranch, which includes numerous sports courts of all kinds, including PICKLE BALL. The Senior Center is located directly adjacent to the park, and you can catch the extensive bike trails from here, which you can take all the way to Tempe should you wish to do so.

Why they chose this property
We love the weather in Scottsdale. We bought the condo for a warm weather getaway when we need one. It just doesn't get any better than this!
What makes this property unique
The location is certainly one outstanding feature of our property. It is literally 10-25 minutes from anywhere you want to go in the valley. 1 mile from the 101 loop. 4 miles to the 202 loop. Examples: Oldtown Scottsdale 10 min, Downtown Phoenix 20min, Peoria 20min, Glendale 25min, Tempe 10-15min. Sky Harbor airport 15min, MesaGateway Airport 40 min. We enjoy the outdoors and have a morning routine of walking around Lake Serena, and ending at The Mercado, for perhaps a workout at Planet Fitness, or breakfast at Eggstacy. We enjoy riding our bikes on the trails, and seeing where they may take us! You never know where you may end up! During the day, we go to the pool, and soak up the warmth. Then its off to one of the many great restaurants The Valley has to offer. At sunset, we enjoy sitting on our Lanai, watching the sun set behind the lake and mountains. It is so quiet and peaceful here, one would never know they are just minutes from all the action!
