Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 2 units in 1 - both units have fully functional kitchens , showers & rooms great for large groups or family members wanting to divide there family upstairs & downstairs sleeps up to 10 comfortably - 3 bedrooms & 2 pull out sofas . just a short 3 minute ride on included golf cart to white sandy beaches of the emerald coast - enjoy board games and arcade games for the family as well as a backyard oasis for entertainment! - walking distance to beach .3 of mile away - enjoy pier park & all the fun on front beach / 30a with golfcart Nice quite neighborhood hope you enjoy your stay ! - THE HOME IS 2 units - downstairs & upstairs however you must go outside and go upstairs to get to top unit ! ONLY 4.5 miles to rosemary town square as well

Nice beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the pink house. Two separate units included in one rental. It's about 3 blocks back from the beach so the included golf cart was a great bonus that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Quiet street. Comfortable accomodations. The smart TVs and PacMan were also fun for the kiddos. Fantastic communication from the owner with lots of helpful tips and flexible with our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach and this house made it possible.

Great getaway! Home away from home!

Absolutely amazing location!! Great for families away from all the hustle and bustle but still a short distance to all the attractions! The neighborhood is awesome I felt safe! Also the beach is just a short golf cart drive away which is included… Will stay again❤️❤️
