The second floor is a split level with a sunken living room and large dining room and kitchen with a charming enclosed porch for outdoor dining and relaxing. The bedrooms offer private decks as well. This townhouse also features a fenced in back yard, includes 2 off street parking spaces and a one car garage (for storage only) with an extra shower. Other amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave all less than 80 steps from the beach! NO Pets or Smoking Please. Max occupancy is 8. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for each stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
