About this property

Camp on Lake Close to Acadia National Park

The Property is very peaceful. There are no close neighbors, we own the entire road, so very private. The camp is decorated in lots of bears in honor of my late husband who loved bears. Its a great place to go Kayaking, Boating, Fishing, or just hang out at the camp sitting by the water. The inside is very cozy and our guest always Remark how at home they felt, & that they truly felt they were in paradise. One of the last truly quaint "Maine" style properties. Yet has modern amenities. The camp is right beside the lake adding to a true vacation experience. Watching the sunset over the lake at night with a campfire is just the greatest thing ever.
Now for the Fun.. The fishing is great. The lake has Salmon, Trout, Bass, & more. We have Ducks, Geese, Loons. Lots of Deer, Moose, Bears, chipmunks, raccoons, et.
We are Approx. 35 minutes away to Acadia National Park. Approx. 30 minutes away to Bangor which has shopping, Concerts, & More. Also the airport. We are approx. 7 minutes away from Ellsworth which has a hospital, Lots of restaurants, a theatre, Antique shops, Pharmacy, & More.
There are numerous hiking trails, Whale Watching, Quaint fishing villages and more in our area. Come see why Maine is called Vacationland.
