Beautiful Spacious Villa
The Villa was beautiful and spacious, the 2 staff were lovely despite the language barrier.
Unfortunately the villa has many maintenance issues throughout that caused some issues:
-Safe’s in each room we’re unable to be used as the staff said they don’t know the codes.
-Shower head in downstairs bathroom was so calcified it could not be used.
-Bath in downstairs bedroom was unable to be used due to the water spraying sideways out of the bath.
-Oven & Microwave did not work.
-Overhead kitchen cupboards were broken.
-Air-conditioner in upstairs bedroom (room closest to roof top) was leaking water onto the floor.
-Glass windows in living room have broken brackets at the base leaving them unable to be kept open.
When I booked and paid for the villa the description provided that a driver or use of the car for 8 hours a day and breakfast was inclusive in the price however upon arrival we were told that this was not included.
On a positive note the staff were wonderful, the villa is spacious and comfortable and the grounds/pool were amazing.
