About this property

Hot tub w/ Massive Deck & Outdoor Seating

This is the most quaint home only minutes from downtown Nevada and very close to several State Parks. Large patio deck with hot tub, outdoor heating, dining table and charcoal bbq grill.
Please note: fireplace is non functional

Masterbedroom: 1 Queen bed with arm chair and dedicated work station.

Bedroom 2: 2 Full beds large windows into nature

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

Outdoor Patio: Dining tables for 6, charcoal bbq

Kitchen: Coffee machine and eveything needed to cook a meal.

Entire house and driveway

One of the last house on a dead end street, so very quiet and very little traffic.

We are a 4 minute drive to Nevada City Downton.

Sparse, needs work

This property had a nice space, but the furnishings were very rudimentary; there were minimal dishes, kitchen items, and cleaning products. The mattresses were firm, but the bed frames were shaky. The outdoor furniture had no cushions, the outdoor heater did not work, the outdoor table was filthy and there were no cleaning products to address this. The curtains in the bedrooms were flimsy and there were no blinds, so getting children to sleep or sleeping in was difficult. A very disappointing experience.
