"Beachside Nirvana" located in Laguna Beach; 5 min walk to Beach Access 84 on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach. Single-story, 5 bd/3 full ba, wheelchair accessible; parking for 6-8 cars, FREE 6 passenger golf cart, EV charger; heated pool/spa (additional fee for heating) and sun ledge with 2 lounge chairs. Fully equipped chef's kitchen; TV in every room; pack n play and high-chair. Resort style lanai with deep seat sofas, chairs and outdoor kitchen (bbq, griddle and side burners); outdoor dining tables, outdoor speakers to enjoy music, 2 adult bikes, beach gears, beach towels, ping pong table, basketball hoop. Hi speed internet and desk with monitor and printer for work.
This house is ideal for large multi-family vacation.
Home sleeps up to 14, (5 bedrooms, 3 full baths):
1. en-suite primary bedroom: king bed
2. en-suite wheel-chair accessible: queen bed and a large bathroom.

At the request of the guest the pool can be heated up to 80 to 84 degrees and/or the spa can be turned on for up to 6 hours/day. Primary guest must be 25 years or older. No pets allowed. Smoking strictly prohibited. Guest must sign rental agreement prior to stay.

We are research scientists and live in the great state of Texas. We love being near the ocean. This property is only 5 mins to the beach with a huge backyard, perfect for large multi-family gatherings.

Close proximity to 30A and beach. Beautiful home. Relaxing huge backyard with large heated pool/spa, lounge chairs in pool, covered lanai with outdoor kitchen and deep-seated comfortable sofas, outdoor dining tables, close to airport, shopping and grocery, free 6-seater golf-cart to go to the beach access #84 and local stores (Thomas donuts, Carousel market)
