Incredible Kauai vacation!

This home fit our family of 8 adults & 2 children perfectly! It had everything we needed but couldn’t pack with us! Toys for the kids beach chairs, plenty of beach towels & bathroom towels! Absolutely our home away from home & our hostess was incredibly kind & generous during our stay! The pool was perfect for a day of rest at the house, grocery, restaurants & a cool Tiki Bar within minutes of the property! We were completely gratified & satisfied with our visit! I cannot say enough about our hostess & also housekeeping! MAHALO from our hearts!

Princeville’s Best

Our stay at this house was awesome. Everything was super smooth. Fantastic location. Im told the house is to be fully remodeled. The “old school “ version we stayed in was the best . We had a blast. Very close to the North Shore attractions which we love the most. The pool was a game changer with 3 grandkids. Plenty to do. The Mountain View’s are spectacular from the Lanai. The ocean view was pretty darn good as well. Well done Emmalani drive house. Finally a special thanks to the owners of the house. Tho our communication was all via texting- they could not have been nicer or more responsive. I’m hoping after the remodel the house will be available to rent again. If they will have us we will be back. Mahalo

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful place to stay during our time in Princeville and Kauai. It was a wonderful location and house. Plenty of space for all. The lanai was wonderful and where we spent most mornings and afternoons. The only ding would be it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The microwave wasn't cleaned before we got there and the dishwasher was still full when we arrived. There was also toothpaste in the sink downstairs that we had to clean. The house is going through renovations and I am sure it will be even better next time we visit. We would definitely go back to this house and this location.

Princeville house

Location was perfect to tour the north end of island ! We found some great beaches ! House had everything we needed lots of room for the 8 adults travelling ! View was spectacular and pool was fantastic! Highly recommend this house !!

Family Trip

We had 3 generations and the house worked great - nice but not so nice that we had to stress about the kids. Beautiful location. We really appreciated the fenced and gated pool and hot tub as we had a toddler. We arrive early and they allowed us to check in at 2:30. Beach chairs and beach toys were also provided. Also appreciated that they would find a home for our leftover food. Wonderful house and experience.

Wonderful Stay

This is our second time to stay at this property and hopefully won’t be our last. All the amenities and household items we needed were there. The house was very clean. The location is fantastic and perfect for any family wanting some time away in beautiful Princeville!

Nice house but a bit dissapointed

Walked into a big mess left by the cleaner. They left the vacuum out, their cleaning solutions all ober the house with their dirty rags, dirty linens in the garage on the floor, the kitchen still had a bunch of food in the icebox as well as on the counter. Bottles of Alcohol was left in the kitchen sink. We went ahead and cleaned up majority of the mess when we arrived before we could bring our things in the house while it was pouring rain. The cleaner came back and said they werent aware of the reservation but it had been booked months prior so not sure what happened there. We spent the next day cleaning up since the floors were unmopped, the counters were grimey and the glass doors could not see out. We also had to call to have the pool cleaner come out so we could swim in the pool being it was full of rubbish, debris and white bubbles that started to smell. The burners on the stove were not in good working condition we had the stove on low-2 but burnt the meal as it was actually high that felt like it was on 8. We had to cook it then turn it off then turn it back on to finish it off. We tried using a back burner but it smoked out bad and did a small flame im guessing old food not cleaned well enough. Being i am a cleaner myself i was a bit bummed out at the mishaps when we arrived then the pool which is why we decided to rent out the house. I think some things could of been better like arriving into a cleaned house and not having to reclean the house before enjoying it.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Paradise!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property in Kauai, and it exceeded all our expectations. Our family reunion included ten people, ranging from children to grandparents, and this home proved to be the ideal setting! First and foremost, the property was spacious and well-appointed. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The common areas, including the living room and kitchen, were large and comfortable, making it easy for our family to come together and enjoy quality time. One of the highlights for our grandchildren was undoubtedly the pool. Also, having a private pool on the property was a fantastic feature, especially after our adventurous days exploring the beautiful island of Kauai. Speaking of Kauai, the location of this VRBO couldn't have been better. We were in close proximity to all the natural wonders and attractions that make Kauai such a paradise. From breathtaking beaches to lush rainforests, we were able to explore it all and easily return to the comfort of our vacation home at the end of each day. The property itself was immaculate and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we could have asked for. The attention to detail was evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience. Thank you for making our time in Kauai truly unforgettable!

Great house for families

Our family ages 7-66 loved this property! Absolutely gorgeous location. Safe area as well. They had so much available in the garage for outings also. Our boys loved going on bike rides and using the snorkeling gear. We had an abundance towels! We've never stayed in a house with that many towels and it was great for our family of 10 for a week. Beautiful property and check in was great. Karl was available for anything that came up. You won't regret this property!

Great House

This was a great house! We were a party of 7 and never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and the pool toys. The location was great too, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to activities. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend to friends.

Good location for seeing the sites for the island. We spent every sunset at Hanalei Bay. It was great. The air conditioning was a major plus. The pool kept kids busy when they weren't in the ocean. Can't wait for our next trip!

Kauai Paradise

We had a fabulous stay in this comfortable, spacious house. Beautiful location on the golf course, with a pool and air conditioning. Check in was easy and Karl was so accommodating. The kitchen surprised us with so much dinnerware and glasses...much needed for our family of 10. There were plenty of pantry spices and condiments in the fridge. And the closets are full of hangers...that’s a nice surprise when normally you are given so little. The supply of beach and bath towels was very generous as well. Thank you for our week stay in your home. We loved it!

Kauai retreat

Great place to stay for our family celebration. We did a lot of cooking at home and the one suggestion would be that the stove top needs replaced. Otherwise very well stocked. Kids loved the pool after a day at the beach.

Exceeded expectations

This was the perfect home base during our first visit to Kauai. Though it was larger than we needed, the main benefits were having our own kitchen, laundry, and pool with hot tub. This made renting a house make more sense than a hotel room. The location is amazing, in a safe neighborhood with a view of the golf course and ocean behind it. This is one of the few homes with air conditioning. The photos of the home don’t do it justice, because it is bright with views in all directions. Lots of beach gear in the garage and towels in the closet under the stairs. Wi-Fi in the house seemed to work - there was cable TV but we never watched it. Would recommend to anyone if you can make this fit your budget, go for it. After exploring the island, we found our favorite beaches were on the north shore very accessible from this house.

Wonderful home with everything we needed

Great location and easy to find. There were plentiful towels for bathing and beaching. Lots of cookware and dishes and even an ice maker. Beach toys. Pool and hot tub! The house was very comfortable and had a fantastic view. I would highly recommend for any family. The listing accurate portrayed the amenities. We used the washing machine and dryer every day. I will definitely check the availability of this property again if we ever come back to Kauai.

Beautiful Kauai House

Beautiful house on Kauai, Master bedroom and attached lounging area much larger than expected. Overall the house had plenty of room for our party of six adults and one infant to share. We appreciated the bikes, boggy boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, noodles provided and made good use of them at Anini Beach Park. Saw turtles in a cleaning station along the reef. Well thought out house, great supply of beach towels, pool towels, house towels and full size washer and dryer in the garage area. The beds were all comfortable and all amenities in good condition. We appreciated the spices provided and the extra not prepared food policy.
