Perfect place for a family stay.

Property was roomy and clean and perfect for a trip to Pasadena. Excellent property for my mom that was using a motorized scooter. Walking distance to a library and easy access to roads to travel around Southern California. Conveniently located with short drives to Huntington gardens, Caltech and the Rosebowl.

Great home base while in Pasadena!

My husband and I had a great stay here. Wifi was great as I had to work a few of the days and speeds were good. Host was very communicative and helped with any questions we had in a very timely way. We walked around the neighborhood a lot and even had an easy walk to and from the nearby Vons for groceries! Would recommend.

Nice Place in Pasadena

The place was super comfortable, the apartment was well outfitted, the landlord was very attentive and helpful, the parking was secure and clean. Overall just a great place to spend a week in Southern California.

Enjoyed the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and easy access to downtown and museums. The kitchen was well equipped for four people. It might be helpful to have a house book with information about how to take out garbage and recycling for folks who stay a few days. Had a great time.

Another great stay in Pasadena

This is our second stay in this apartment complex in a quiet street on the eastern side of Pasadena. Our apartment was just as described in the listing. Single-level on the second floor. Clean, spacious and fully equipped for self-catering. A few steps away from the lift down to the parking garage. Warren the owner is very good with timely communications and accurate instructions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An excellent home away from home!

Great Stay

My family and I had a great experience. We felt safe and truthfully right at home. Warren (the host) has great communication and cery attentive to any questions I had. He also sent a detailed list of places to visit and see. The location is abiut 20-45 mins from great spots...like Beverly Hills, Universal, Disney and 6 flags. It's also convenient to the Griffith Observatory (great view). My family and I had a rental (I'd recommended having one if you want to explore). The bedrooms are comfortable and a great size in space. The bathrooms and kitchen is beautiful and ready to prepare meals. Overall great place to stay.
