Personal door code will be given day before arrival for easy access and check in.

Host is available from 8am-11pm and 24 hours for emergencies
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

A $250 security deposit hold will be authorized prior to arrival. This deposit will automatically be released if there are no damages after check out.

No parties or get togethers. Max # of people at anytime is 8

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS OUTSIDE

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit release. The security deposit will be released to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $450 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
