It is 2.5 miles to Scargo Observation Tower with Mayflower and Corporation Beaches being just over 3 miles away. Hikers will like the proximity to Flax Pond Conservation Area (0.5mi) and Hokum Rock hiking area (1.25 mi).
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a breakfast nook for 2. The dining room seats 6 and is air-conditioned. Also, on the first floor there is a half-bath. Along with a nicely furnished living room, you will find a queen size sleep sofa and a flat screen TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV with DVD player and AC. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and AC. This home has a lovely yard with a patio area, picnic table, and gas grill. Other amenities include washer/dryer.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
