Very quiet and private. End detached Spacious Townhome with lots of parking. Brand new furniture. Primary bedroom downstairs with a King Size bed and own full bath. All remodeled and very clean. Kitchen with Kurig Coffee machine, air fryer and fully stocked in case you want to cook. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with their own full baths. 2 of the bedrooms have Queen beds, the other has twin beds perfect for kids. Laundry room washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience. Perfect location less than 2 miles to Ole miss and the square. Close to mTrade Baseball complex. The community has dog parks, Sand Volleyball, basketball court, 2 pools, and this unit is very close to the pickle ball courts.

If you ever come into Oxford this is the place to stay. Had a wonderful property manager who was very helpful if I needed anything and the house was beautiful and spacious and its central to everything you will need to get to.

Great weekend

We had a great stay at this property for the Double Decker Festival weekend! The condo was just as described online and host was very welcoming prior to our stay. The property was very clean and was in a great neighborhood. We’ve rented several places in the Rowandale community and this one is the best so far. The check-in process was effortless as well. So overall just a great experience and would definitely rent again!

AMAZING!!!!

Such an amazing home!!! Everything was new, clean, the home was impeccable. Perfect for my family of seven. Communication with host was top notch. Great location, minutes from the Town Square and the University. Super friendly neighborhood. Pickleball/basketball courts are literally across from the house, pool is a quick walk. We will 💯 be back!!!!
