This modern and spacious Istrian villa is perfect for a quiet vacation and relaxation away from the city crowd. It is located in east Istria, on a large plot of land (5000m2!), which includes a family olive grove, and the view extends to the Učka mountain. It is only 7 km away from the sea. On its 260 m2 surface and two floors, the villa is fully equipped, and the large heated pool of 40 m2 allows enjoyment from early spring to late autumn. In addition to the large open space living area, there are also 4 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, a laundry room and a playroom for children. The outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue, sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as sports facilities on a large grass field, such as 2 football goals. You will enjoy your stay and make lifetime memories!
